Where do I file a criminal complaint?
Go to the clerk's office in the District Court
and ask for a Criminal Complaint form .
Example
· possible witnesses are there;
· the police report is from there;
· the police officers who were involved are there; or.
· there might be a related crime, like assault and battery, that is being prosecuted in there.
